Cim Insurance will indemnify you in the event of physical damage to buildings and contents caused by the following dangers not covered by the Premises Multi-risk Insurance: acts of terrorism; sabotage, riots, strikes, and/or civil commotion; malicious damage.  You are also covered in the event of looting and pillaging if such loss is as a direct result of a peril insured within this policy.
